Over the years the production of membership cards each year has incurred a heavy load on our resource. Also the cost of producing the cards has increased year on year.
With the availability of technology it has been decided to replace all membership cards by QR codes.
Each member will be sent a code which is unique to the person.
The code can then be scanned by the association to identify the member similar to the physical card in the past.
The rollout of the QR code will start from 2021 as members renew their membership. It will then be gradually distributed to other members who have multi-year or lifetime memberships.
In the meantime please ensure that the association has your correct email address and mobile number on record.
