The 37th Annual General Meeting of the Cherrybrook Chinese Community Association was successfully completed

The 37th Annual General Meeting of the Cherrybrook Chinese Community Association was held on Wednesday 26th August 2026

The President, Jenny Chu, opened the meeting by addressing the meeting and extended her welcome to all members and guests.  She gave a summary of the events that took place in the last year. 

As current committee members have been in the roles for some years we desperately need “new blood” to join the committee. She made an appeal to all members attending to consider contributing to the association by applying to join the committee.

Jenny Chu followed by presenting the financial report. 

It was then followed by the adaptation of the Minutes of the 36th Annual General Meeting and the 2025-2026 Financial Report.

At the meeting, executive members of the association for 2026-2027 were elected and the positions were elected by the new members. The result is as follows:
