36th AGM meeting notice

The 36th AGM will be held on 
Wednesday, 20th August 2025 from 12 noon at
Ironbark Hall,
Cherrybrook Community and Cultural Centre,
31 Shepherds Drive,
Cherrybrook NSW 2126

Members who would like to attend the AGM, please register your intention in one of following ways:

1. Email your intention and number attending to: cccacherrybrook@gmail.com,
   subject :
   “AGM 2025 <your name> <number attending>” or
2. At Ironbark Hall,
    Cherrybrook Community and Cultural Centre,
    31 Shepherds Drive,
   Cherrybrook NSW 2126
   on 6th, 13th August 2025 (Wednesday)
   between 0900-1130

Light refreshments will be provided by the association and registration is essential for catering purposes

A nomination form is attached below for those who would like to join or nominate someone to join the management committee of 2025/2026.
